Is Plementus a certified Odoo partner in Egypt?
Yes, and you should verify it rather than take our word for it. Odoo certifies partners per legal entity, so check the country on the profile. Our Egyptian entity is listed in Odoo's official partner directory, which shows the current grade and certified consultant count. A partner that is Gold in another country is not automatically Gold in Egypt.
Does Odoo handle ETA e-invoicing in Egypt?
Odoo ships an official Egyptian localization that covers ETA e-invoicing and the local chart of accounts. The compliance capability belongs to that Odoo module, not to us. What we do is configure it for your entity, map your items and tax codes, and test submissions before you rely on them in production.
Can Odoo run in Arabic?
Yes. Odoo is fully bilingual, and users can work in Arabic or English on the same database, with right to left layout in the Arabic interface. Printed documents such as invoices can be issued in Arabic, English or both, which matters when you invoice locally and report to a foreign parent.
How long does an Odoo implementation take in Egypt?
The software is not what sets the calendar. Environments, data migration and integrations are estimable; the variable part is how quickly your team can agree on how the business should run and get its master data clean. A tightly scoped first phase moves faster than a single large go-live, and we scope it that way deliberately.
Do you support companies operating in Egypt and the Gulf?
Yes. We run one Odoo database across multiple companies and currencies, with offices in Cairo, Dubai and Riyadh. That matters for Egyptian groups with Gulf entities, because consolidation and intercompany flows are configured once rather than duplicated per country.
