Plementus is an Odoo Gold Partner operating in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, company and your message. If you use our ROI calculator or ERP readiness quiz, your answers are processed in your browser to show a result and are not sent to us unless you then contact us. Our hosting may keep standard server logs (e.g. IP address, browser) for security and reliability.
How we use it
We use your contact details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a discovery call, and provide the services you ask about. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Legal basis & your consent
We process your data on the basis of your request to contact us and our legitimate interest in responding to prospective clients, consistent with the UAE PDPL, Saudi PDPL and Egypt's Data Protection Law.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is stored in our CRM (Odoo) and accessible to the Plementus team handling your request. Our service providers (e.g. hosting, CRM) act as processors under appropriate safeguards. We disclose data only where required by law.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to follow up and to maintain our business records, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email contact@plementus.com and we will respond promptly.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). It is configured for privacy: IP addresses are anonymized, and Google Ads / remarketing signals and ad personalization are disabled, so your data is not used to target advertising. We do not set advertising cookies. You can opt out site-wide with Google’s browser add-on.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
